Wage Range:
$17.10- $21.89 - per hour DOE (after designation) Plus 10% On-call and Per Diem
Minimum Qualifications:
Must meet the qualifications for "Mental Health Professional" per WAC 388-865-0150, including a Masters Degree in a behavioral science field, and a minimum of two (2) year's experience in serving persons with mental illness. Demonstrated knowledge of the Involuntary Treatment Act of Washington State and Washington Administrative Codes related to involuntary treatment and community mental health services. Ability to intervene in highly charged situations with a variety of approaches to achieve crisis resolution or stabilization. Must have good interpersonal skills and an ability to work closely and collaboratively with others. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team, and within a large and varied service community. Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills. Ability to meet tight legally - and - administratively defined time lines. Washington State drivers license with an insurable driving record.
