FTE Allocation:

1.0 - 40 hours a week

Monday - Friday  8:30 to 5:30

Description:

Provide clinical consultation to various Clinic programs. Manage medicatsion for Clinic Clients. Provide psychiatric evaluations for referrals from within the Clinic and community providers. Some of these evaluations are one-time-only to establish treatment recommendations, others are for on-going services. Provide emergency evalutations referred by Clinic emergency staff, as required. Provide consultation to Clinic outreach nursing home nurse consultants. Consult with other medical staff and ARNP prescribers. Provide consultations to community physicians on treatment recommendations for patients they are following. Provide Psychiatric services to clients in Whatcom County Jail. Other functions as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

PhD licensed MD in WA state with residency/experience in Psychiatry.
