Psychotherapeutic and psycho-educational group
sessions.

people with severe and persistent mental illness, e.g., time management,
meal preparation, money management.

– building and communicating a strong sense of self worth.
Support Groups
– group support for people experiencing emotional distress.

Anxiety Skills -
Includes information on "the Anxiety Prone Personality". This
is an energetic and fun group.

Boundaries - Learn how
to say no to others, yes to yourself and vice versa. Learning
about your boundaries is fun and so important to creating space for
yourself and your dreams.

Cognitive Distortions -
Looking at your stinkin' thinkin'.
A 4-week group 4-week group that will help you
identify and change dysfunctions in your thinking.

DBT - Dialectical
Behavior Therapy is the therapy of choice for people to change
self-destructive behaviors by learning emotion regulation, distress
tolerance and more. The DBT program takes up to one year to
complete. You must complete a three week orientation and
commitment process before participating.

Depression Recovery -
This group covers the many views of depression; its causes, what
helps, behaviors that tighten its cycle and techniques to help
change entrenched habits of depression.

Grief and Loss -
Transitions - Losses of various kinds are covered including the
losses connected to finding out you have a mental illness.
Moving through life's changes can get easier.

PTSD Group - A group
for skill building around the triggers and other challenges of Post
Traumatic Stress.

Mindfulness and Addiction
Recovery - A new group that will approach addiction recovery
through use of mindfulness and learning to tolerate distress without
using.

Voice Hearers - A
group for people with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders
that help members learn to more effectively tolerate and live with
their extraordinary experiences. Group support and educational
material, dialog and more.

Women's Self Esteem -
Skills and practices to help alleviate low self esteem, learn better
self-care, build creativity and share experiences as women.
