Whatcom Financial Services is non-profit and exists to
provide services to anyone needing help with their finances.
If you can't or don't want to have to spend time each month
paying bills and dealing with utility companies, collection
agencies, or landlords then you might be interested in our
services. More specifically, WFS will receive your
monthly checks, deposit them in your name in a collective
payee checking account, maintain account balances on a
computer, data base, and disperse your funds to meet your
monthly living expenses. The target populations are
those community members who want help managing their
money, paying their bills, or are developmentally disabled,
suffer from mental health issues, or are incapacitated due
to aging. This is a service for the whole community.
